Exhibit Details

Marketplace Exhibition Booths will include the following:

  • One (1) Complimentary Conference Registrations (*Except for the Pre-Conference Reception & Opening Night Reception. Tickets will be made available to purchase on the website.)
  • Exhibit / Display Space
  • Wireless internet
  • Exhibitor Listing on the Conference Website, with a corporate logo and hyperlink of your choosing that will remain on the website for up to three months
  • Exhibitor listing on marketplace marketing materials
  • Booking Exhibitor Booths

Booths are on a first come, first served basis, except for our four (4) Platinum sponsors who are guaranteed a priority location. Submission this information form will be date stamped and numbered upon receipt. Each exhibitor will be contacted in order of application submission to be able to choose booth locations, and discuss all set-up and logistics.

*Please note, that should you require additional electrical or technical support or features, the venue offers an AV team, however, any additional labour/equipment costs will be added directly to your sponsorship contract.

Payment & Contract Information

Full payment will be required to complete your registration and receive confirmation. Payment confirmation secures the order with which you will be able to choose booth locations. All further technical details, set-up & break down logistics, along with Calgary Telus Convention Centre venue details will be made available prior to December 1, 2024. Please also note that HESA is working in partnership with SPARK Event Collective to support sponsor and exhibitor conference logistics.
