Nipissing University

We worked on behalf of Nipissing University to develop a long-term international student recruitment strategy.  Our multiphase study involves a comprehensive environmental scan, the development of recruitment goals, the creation of detailed implementation strategies, the development and writing of an International Recruitment Plan document, and the creation of a data-focused five-year support plan with which to assess progress. HESA is using a mixed-methods approach, involving literature review, administrative consultation, key informant interviews, data analysis, strategic assessment and report writing.
