Nikita Kapur

Manager

Nikita Kapur has almost a decade of experience advising governments, educational institutions, and non-profits on large-scale systemic transformation. She has experience leading social-impact projects in South Asia, Africa, and North America for domestic and international organizations promoting quality education, youth empowerment, and access to justice.  As a Senior Manager at Piramal Foundation, a non-profit consulting organization working across India, she led large-scale projects to enhance the capacity of Education Ministries and Institutes. She designed skill-building programs, streamlining and automating data management systems around the inspection of primary and secondary schools, managing partnerships, and advocating for reforms. Most recently, she worked with Canada’s Action Committee on Access to Justice in Civil and Family Matters where she designed and executed research on mental health and wellness needs for Indigenous police services in Ontario.

Nikita holds an MSc in Organization Development and BA in Social Policy from the University of Bradford, England. She is currently pursuing change management at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. She is experienced in implementing LEAN management as well as developing change management processes that allow for easy adoption of innovations.
